pixiGetUsersFromLastLogin
Returns the Pixi users found in the most recent login snapshot of `UsersLoggedIn`, with first name, last name and e-mail address.
The call has no parameters.
- It finds the highest
Tagvalue inUsersLoggedInamong entries withUserActiveSessionTypeId = 1. This value identifies the most recent recorded snapshot of logged-in users. - It returns all entries of
UsersLoggedInthat belong to thisTagand haveUserActiveSessionTypeId1 or 2. - Each entry is joined to
Users. The join uses the part ofUsersLoggedIn.UserNamebefore the first space, which must equalUsers.UserName. - The rows are grouped by all output columns, so duplicate session entries of the same login name appear only once.
The result has no explicit sort order.
Notes
- All reads use
NOLOCK, so the result can contain uncommitted or inconsistent data. - Entries whose
UserNameinUsersLoggedIncontains no space are never returned. In that casePATINDEXreturns 0 and the extracted name is empty, so the join toUsersfinds no match. - The header comment says the procedure returns "the number of active connections and logged in users". The code, however, returns a list of users and no counts.
- The meaning of the
UserActiveSessionTypeIdvalues 1 and 2 is not defined in the code. How and whenUsersLoggedInis filled is also not visible here. - If no entry with
UserActiveSessionTypeId = 1exists, the result is empty.
