API call that compares 100 addresses in one go (even this can take more than 1 hour on big DB). If there is more candidates to check, then automatically countinues with batch of next 100 addresses in on minute, so that it runs whole night till 7 AM if needed. API can run from 20pm-7am then it stopps.

Since pixi version: LOU Official - Update 46 (6.9.46.27927) Additional notes: Checed records are saved to special table, so we know which were addresses were already checked.

If value 1 is sent, then we delete all exisitng matches and start checking from scratch.
